The DLP runs two sessions. The first is from October 17, 2021 through February 2022, and the second session is from March 2022 through June 2022. Each session consists of 6-8 virtual 60-minute class sessions and two one-on-one sessions with the Director of Education. Each session culminates in an international virtual exhibit
Now in its third year, the David Labkovski Project International Student Docent Training program is for middle and high school students to learn about the Holocaust in a way that transfers ownership and responsibility onto students so they can educate their peers.
The mission of the David Labkovski Project: Documenting History through Art is to engage students through Labkovski’s artwork in order to begin constructive conversations about the dangers of hatred, bigotry, racism, and antisemitism.
Applicants need to apply for the program. The program is fully funded, and there is no fee to participate. read less

Having an additional friend and advocate through mentoring can have a significant impact on a child’s life. Whether experiencing social or emotional challenges or seeking support, there are many circumstances in which a child (“Little”) may benefit. JBBBSLA invites the JKidLA community to enroll their child in our free, professionally-supported program. The benefits for Littles include additional support from an adult role model as well as access to Jewish camp, scholarships, and free college guidance.
