activities and experiences led by our dynamic counselors. Each week there will be a variety of

Every day at camp will involve arts and crafts, fun STEM-based activities, outdoor play, and water play! Each week of camp will have a theme that we will use to guide our learning and play.
Building on our successful and COVID-safe Learning Lab, Camp SIJCC brings the FUN and MOVEMENT to summer for children entering TK-6th grade!
The camp day will run from 9:00 am-3:30 pm on the SIJCC campus.
Each week of camp will have a theme that we will use to guide our learning and play. The themes for camp are:
June 28-July 2nd: Camp SIJCC In The Jungle: We will learn all about the jungle, rainforest, and the plants and animals that inhabit them.
July 6*-July 9th: Camp SIJCC Is Over The Rainbow: We will explore the science behind color and rainbows
July 12-16th: Camp SIJCC Is Under The Sea: We will learn about how to care for and protect our oceans, as well as the different life forms that exist underwater
July 19-23rd: Camp SIJCC Can Be Superheroes: We will spend the week meeting different people past and present who were heroes and left a positive impact on our world!
July 26-30th: Around The World With Camp SIJCC: We will engage with cultures from around the world
August 2-6: Camp SIJCC Is Out Of This World: We will explore outer space, learning about the stars and planets!

A day at camp is packed full of activities that encourage campers to discover their interests and unique abilities. We strike a careful balance between structured programs and supervised free play, along with time as a full community and time spent in smaller groups according to grade level.
Cabin Rotations enable campers to sample the full range of activities we offer and promote cabin cohesion. Campers rotate daily among sports, arts and crafts, nature, dance, ropes course, film/media, animal care, cooking, archery, and lots more!
Electives provide campers the opportunity to take a deeper dive into an activity they most enjoy. Options might include drumming, water polo, yoga, football, painting, and more!
