October 6–30—Harvest Welcome Rings In honor of the Jewish holiday of Sukkot, which celebrates the fall harvest season, use natural materials to design a hanging decoration or centerpiece to welcome loved ones into your sukkah or home. October 8–16—Mini Sukkah Community Construct a tiny sukkah out of repurposed materials. Take it home or add it to Skirball’s first-ever miniature sukkah community. Head to the Winnick Breezeway outside of Noah’s Ark to enjoy one-of-a-kind art projects themed around Skirball exhibitions, Jewish traditions, and the importance of caring for the world. Reinforcing the values of collaboration and community, these grab-and-go activities can be done anytime during your visit or taken home. read less

One hour of engagement with limited parental assistance. The next series of Ji Bytes is all about Israel. We plan to continue to provide this resource regularly until our children return back to their usual school routines.
